A Journey Begins

I have always been a creative person, i grew up in a largely technical family of people who had studied sciences or were custodians of education. I was the kid who despite my parents continuos questioning i was adamant that what i wanted was to make things and at the time the center of my world was movies, it was as far as i could see at the time.

Years later i made decisions for my life that would consolidate this path, only to find that story telling even in film was more than just video and even worse that in some, i dare say most, cases video was not the most important medium for getting a message across. I realized quickly that in order to fulfill my ambitions, i need to not limit myself to one way of pursuing artistry but to open myself to the possibility that the ‘best way’ to tell a specific story had not been found yet and this is a mindset that has driven a lot of my creative choices but also left me in complex slumps.

I bet this is all confusing, ‘A Journey Begins’ a dramatic start to a blog but also a statement of intent for a collection that in time i hope will become a hub for my life’s work as creative.
